Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas is such a sad story.
First, let me state the Suzanne is Nicholas’ mom. She wrote a diary for him so that he could know everything about her.
Suzanne’s husband left this diary to a woman he had been with for the last year for her to read, and then disappeared.
The whole book you are trying to figure out what the hell is going on and why this guy is such a douche bag when in Suzanne’s diary, she describes him as such a good man.
The end is something that most likely won’t surprise you. I had a feeling the whole time that it had to have happened this way but when you actually confirm it, you’re like “aaww crap!”
I didn’t like the end. It was too much too quick. I didn’t think this was the best love story I’ve ever read. Not even in the top 10.
It’s a really short read. If you have a couple days to spare pick it up and let us know what you think.

Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas was very similar to Sam's Letters to Jennifer which is probably why I didn't like it as much. I give Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas a 7/10..it was good but it wasn't GREAT.
The book is about Matt and his relationship with a woman named Suzanne. I basically LOVED her..she was the perfect woman. A great doctor, a great mom, and an amazing wife...
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER..
it just sucks how she ends up dying of a heart attack at a young age! :( And it DOUBLE sucks how her son dies as well :(
The book is also about Matt and his relationship with Katie, another woman. No, he doesn't cheat on Suzanne..he dates Katie after she dies. The one thing I really did like in the book was the theme of second chances. Matt went through a crazy life but he was given a second chance and was able to fall in love again.
Spoiler Over
If you have nothing better to read, I would pick the book up, but I don't think it is good enough to buy. It is a very easy read and it will go by very fast. If you like love stories, you will enjoy the book.
Have you read one of James Patterson's books? What did you think?

I would recommend Sundays at Tiffanys by James Patterson.. I thought it was an amazing read. I haven't read Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas yet, but have just borrowed it from the Library.. :)
